As our project workload continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join the team and help ensure our projects move smoothly from design through to manufacture and installation.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Joinery Draftsperson who understands more than just drawing.

This role is ideal for someone with strong joinery drafting knowledge who can produce accurate documentation, identify potential issues before production, and work closely with our project and workshop teams to deliver successful outcomes.

You'll play an important role in helping maintain the quality, efficiency, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and production documentation

• Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and client requirements

• Produce cutting lists, hardware schedules, and manufacturing information

• Create CNC-ready documentation where required

• Work closely with Project Managers and Production staff throughout projects

• Identify and resolve design or manufacturing issues before production commences

• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation accurately

• Support continuous improvement across drafting and production processes

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience as a Joinery Draftsperson or Production Detailer

• CNC programming or CNC production experience

• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation processes

• Experience producing workshop-ready documentation

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and practical mindset

• Experience with Mozaik, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision or similar drafting software

• Cabinet Making or Joinery trade background (favourable)

• Commercial joinery experience (favourable)
