About the Role

Eblen Subaru are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.

Duties will include:

Engage with the Service department team to drive efficiency and profitability.
Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries.
Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests.
Liaise with workshop to provide accurate updates on vehicle status.
Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process.
Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Service Advisor or in senior Service roles desired but not necessary.
Ability to learn, develop and grow as a Service Advisors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Current driver's license required
Full Australian working rights required
