From humble beginnings in 1988, Peter Kittle Motor Company now boasts 10 dealerships and employs over 550 staff across South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

Currently we have an opportunity available to join our Corporate Services/Administration team, located at our head office in Para Hills West, in the roles of Accounts Receivable Clerk.

What will you do?

This position is responsible for:

· The collection of payments from customers using various payment systems

· Receipt of payments via various payment systems

· Invoicing

· Bank statement reconciliation

· Follow up overdue accounts

· General assistance to our accounts team

To be successful in this role you must have:

· Have effective time management skills

· Proven experience in processing invoices and payments

· The ability to reconcile creditors & debtors within a timely manner

· Have a sound understanding of accounting processes

· Have a strong attention to detail

· Be computer literate along with an excellent telephone manner
