We are looking for a fencing and retaining wall installer with over 3 years of experience. You will be a hands-on leader who leads by example and takes pride in a job well done.

• Salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 based on skills and/or experience.

• Work vehicle, phone, and uniforms provided.

• 5 RDOs per year to ensure you've got time for yourself and your family.

The Role

This is a hands-on team lead position. You'll be on-site, installing fencing and retaining walls, while also overseeing a small crew. You'll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring our high standards are met and helping our less experienced labourers learn the ropes.

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need prior experience as a supervisor, but you do need to be a seasoned installer who is ready to take that next step.

• 2+ years of experience in installing Colorbond & chain mesh fencing and retaining walls.

• A resilient, quality-driven attitude: We need someone motivated to push through the tough days, solve problems on the fly, and meet deadlines without cutting corners on quality.

• A leader by example – you don't ask your team to do anything you wouldn't do yourself.

• Current Driver's License and White Card.

• We keep our projects streamlined using Sitebook. Experience with this program is desirable, but not essential.
