The Opportunity:

We've just opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art workshop facility in Gillman, and we're building a high-performing team to match it. If you're someone who's curious, switched on, and genuinely wants to understand the why behind what you're ordering this could be your next move.

Reporting to a highly experienced Maintenance Manager with over 25 years in the industry, you'll be supported by a leader who brings broad operation knowledge and practical, hands-on approach to running a high performing workshop.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a critical role in keeping our fleet moving, ensuring the right parts are sourced, ordered and available when the workshop needs them.

  • Interpreting, sourcing, and procuring parts accurately and efficiently
  • Managing stock control and conducting stocktakes
  • Picking and issuing parts to mechanics
  • Monitoring parts spend and recommending best-value solutions
  • Liaising closely with mechanics, suppliers, and management
  • Maintaining accurate, timely records
  • Identifying potential delays before they become problems
  • Contributing to a safe, organised, and high-performing workshop

This role isn't about just ordering parts it's about understanding what's being ordered, why it's needed, and how it impacts the bigger picture.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Parts Interpreting or workshop store operations - advantageous
  • Ability to read and understand technical information
  • Computer savvy with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across workshop and management
  • Naturally curious, you ask questions and think ahead
  • Organised, accountable and reliable
