About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at the St Peters Bakehouse & Coffee Shop. This full-time role is based in St Peters, SA 5069 and will involve the production of high-quality cakes for our thriving local cafe and bakery business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and decorating a variety of cakes and slices

  2. Ensuring all products are presented to the highest possible standard

  3. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

  4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

  5. Providing support to the wider cafe and bakery team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience as a qualified Baker or Pastry Chef

  2. A passion for producing consistently high-quality baked goods

  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills

  5. Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team

  6. Ability to work 5 days a week, starting 6am on Tuesday through to Saturday.
