Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and professional subcontract cleaners to join our team.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, values high standards, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a range of properties including residential homes, offices, and specialised deep cleaning jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• General residential and commercial cleaning

• Deep cleaning and detail cleaning

• Bathroom, kitchen, and surface sanitation

• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting

• Window cleaning (when required)

• Maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards

• Representing MK Specialised Cleaning in a professional manner with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• Good communication skills

• Must have an ABN (or willing to obtain one)

Requirements

• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

• Own cleaning equipment and supplies preferred (not essential for all jobs)
