CMG Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our growing team in Hindmarsh.
This is a full-time permanent role within a well-established and expanding automotive business that values efficiency, teamwork, and high-quality customer service.
Challenger Motor Group, established in Adelaide in 2008, operates three specialised automotive divisions:
CMG Auto Parts β Volkswagen and European used parts specialist
Challenger Crash Repairs β Insurance and panel repairs
Challenger Mechanical Repairs β Mechanical servicing and diagnostics
Our businesses work closely together to provide complete vehicle solutions, creating a fast-paced and interesting work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Interpreting customer parts requirements accurately (phone, counter, and online enquiries)
Supplying automotive mechanical and body parts to trade and retail customers
Ordering parts from suppliers and coordinating deliveries
Ensuring the workplace remains safe, clean, and efficient
Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter (Pinnacle experience preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of automotive parts interpreter experience required
Strong knowledge of mechanical and body parts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
A current driver's licence , with forklift licence preferred.
Experience with Volkswagen or European vehicles will be highly regarded but not essential.
