CMG Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our growing team in Hindmarsh.

This is a full-time permanent role within a well-established and expanding automotive business that values efficiency, teamwork, and high-quality customer service.

Challenger Motor Group, established in Adelaide in 2008, operates three specialised automotive divisions:

• CMG Auto Parts – Volkswagen and European used parts specialist

• Challenger Crash Repairs – Insurance and panel repairs

• Challenger Mechanical Repairs – Mechanical servicing and diagnostics

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting customer parts requirements accurately (phone, counter, and online enquiries)

• Supplying automotive mechanical and body parts to trade and retail customers

• Ordering parts from suppliers and coordinating deliveries

• Ensuring the workplace remains safe, clean, and efficient

About You

Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter (Pinnacle experience preferred)

• Minimum 3+ years of automotive parts interpreter experience required

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and body parts

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach

• A current driver's licence , with forklift licence preferred.

Experience with Volkswagen or European vehicles will be highly regarded but not essential.
