Vending Machine Technician

We are a growing vending machine business looking for a reliable and hands-on Vending Machine Technician to join our team.

This role involves servicing and repairing snack and drink vending machines across multiple customer locations. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring machines are operating reliably for our clients.

About the Role

As a Vending Machine Technician, you will travel to customer sites to maintain and repair vending machines. Your focus will be keeping machines running smoothly, minimising downtime, and ensuring excellent service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

-Diagnose and repair faults on snack, drink, and combination vending machines

-Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing

-Replace faulty components including motors, refrigeration parts, and payment systems

-Install and set up new machines at customer locations

-Test machines to ensure correct operation after repairs

-Maintain accurate service records and report issues when required

-Provide professional and friendly service when interacting with clients

-Assist with occasional machine relocations or upgrades

-Technicians commonly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and payment system issues and replace worn parts to keep machines operating reliably.

Skills & Experience

-Mechanical or electrical aptitude

-Experience repairing vending machines, coffee machines, appliances, or similar equipment (preferred but not essential)

-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

-Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

-Basic computer skills for reporting service work

-Valid driver’s licence
