The Opportunity
In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across a cluster of Goodstart Early Learning sites. Reporting to the National Technical Team Manager, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Your cluster will be based in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
• Respond to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
• Work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues. Preventing critical breakdown issues.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call roster.

To be considered for this role:

• Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential 
• Restricted Electrical Workers Registration, Ref & AC - essential
• Refrigerant handling license - essential  
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
