Gasparin 4U, is a trusted, locally owned business providing a one-stop solution for residential and commercial maintenance across Adelaide. We pride ourselves on delivering practical, technical, and total maintenance solutions for our clients.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled, hands-on Property Maintenance / Handyperson to join our team.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role covering a broad range of general maintenance, trade works, and pre- and post-handover repairs to new builds, across residential and commercial sites.

You will work closely with our internal team, contractors, and suppliers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and assisting with expanding our customer base.

Duties Will Include:

• General property maintenance and handyman works

• Pre- and post-handover maintenance and repairs on new residential builds

• Gyprock and plaster repairs

• Painting and patching

• Light globe replacement and general fixtures

• Basic plumbing repairs and understanding of electrical works

• Floor and wall tiling maintenance

• Minor building repairs

• Landscaping, paving, mowing, and general weeding

• Gutter and solar cleaning and minor roof repairs

• Pressure washing and external cleaning

Skills & Requirements

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

• A can-do / make-it-happen attitude and strong work ethic aligned with our company culture

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a trade background

• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Very good communication and customer service skills

• Hands-on, practical approach and willingness to learn

• Ability to drive a manual vehicle

Mandatory / Preferred:

• White Card

• Valid working rights in Australia

• Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)

• Building Supervisor Licence (preferred but not essential)

• Basic computer skills

• Competitive remuneration $65,000 – $75,000, dependent on experience

• Monday to Friday (8am–5pm), with occasional weekend work as required
