NACE2 Paint inspector & supervisor

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals Southern division is seeking a Blast & Paint Supervisor/NACE 2 Paint Inspector to support our Roxby Downs operation. You will see yourself support a long-term Olympic Dam contract with works across multiple areas on site. The role will be responsible for providing support to the Projects, workshop and Underground teams, scoping, tendering, ordering materials, scheduling works, rostering labour and forming strong relationships with client representatives. This is a permanent full time opportunity, on a 2:1 roster. We will only consider applications from Adelaide or Roxby Downs SA only at this stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior supervisor to develop rosters and work schedules
• Supervise and allocate daily tasks to blast and paint crews
• Run daily pre-start and toolbox meetings
• Assist with tendering works
• Liaise with client representative on current and future work profiles
• Compile THA's, MDR's and inspection paperwork

What you’ll bring:

• 2-5 years experience in a blast and paint Supervision role
• Previous experience with QA/QC paint inspection
• NACE 2 qualification is essential
• Knowledge of BHP policies and procedures
• Previous experience in structural integrity and brownfields projects - highly desirable
• Previous scoping and Tendering experience is advantageous
