Workshop Manager

Magill Motor Bodies is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee operations within our busy paint and panel workshop. This role is suited to someone who can manage workflow efficiently, complete accurate estimates, and ensure repairs progress on time and to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and job flow

• Complete accurate repair estimates using Ibody and Audanet

• Schedule and prioritise work to meet deadlines and delivery targets

• Monitor repair quality and workshop productivity

• Liaise with insurers, suppliers, and customers as required

• Identify workflow issues and implement practical solutions

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in the paint & panel industry (essential)

• Strong estimating experience with Ibody and Audanet

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Ability to self-manage workload and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously

• Strong understanding of repair processes and workshop efficiency
