Fence & Gate Department – Fencer or Experienced Labourer with fencing knowledge

About Us
For over 30 years, Deadshort Services has been Adelaide’s trusted name in home and property services. Starting out in electrical, we’ve since expanded to plumbing, air conditioning, roofing, fencing, gates, and garden works.

We are continuing to grow our Fence, Gate & Garden team and are now looking for another fencer or labourer keen to expand their skills and grow with this team. No one day is the same, with varied jobs.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your role, you’ll be:

  • Installing and repairing fences and gates (Colorbond, sliding/swing gates, etc.)

  • Assisting with paving, concreting, and small to medium outdoor maintenance projects

  • Supporting the team on a variety of works across commercial and domestic sites

  • Keeping worksites safe, tidy, and organised

  • Working as part of a friendly, hands-on crew

What We’re Looking For

  • Fencer or Experienced Laborer with Fencing Knowledge: Previous fencing or related experience, driver’s licence, and strong attention to detail.

The Details

  • Permanent full-time positions (subject to probation)

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (40-hour week with RDOs)

  • Uniform, PPE, and iPad provided

  • Competitive wages based on role and experience

  • Vehicle provided for the Fencer role
