About the Role
Wayne Phillis Automotive is a large, established dealership group located in Lonsdale with a busy service department and a strong reputation for quality and professionalism.

We are currently looking for a Wheel Aligner / Tyre Fitter to join our workshop team. This role would suit someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, while also understanding the pace and timeframes required in a busy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment

• Tyre fitting and balancing

• Puncture repairs and tyre inspections

• Check tyres and related suspension components for wear or damage

• Work alongside technicians and service advisors to maintain smooth workshop workflow

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with wheel alignments and tyre fitting

• Ability to work accurately within dealership timeframes

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Current driver’s licence required
