Truck Driver - Scrap Yard

Due to recent growth, Paramount Browns’ is seeking an experienced, reliable HR Licenced driver to join our transport team and service our valued customers.

This role will be based out of our Gepps Cross branch, is full-time, and available for an immediate start for the right candidate. As a suitably qualified HR Licenced Driver, you will have the energy, motivation, and professionalism to represent the company in all facets of this role, comply with various site safety requirements, have effective communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential.

The Role:

·         Responsible for operating hook / flat top vehicle

·         Completing multi-drop deliveries across metropolitan Adelaide

·         Carry out pre-start checks and maintain accurate records 

·         Maintain a professional image, deliver high quality customer service and build strong client relationships

·         Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers

·         Follow safety, compliance, and security requirements always

What we are looking for:

·         A valid Australian driver's license - minimum HR endorsement

·         Pass a Truck Safe Pre - employment Medical (Including Drug and Alcohol Screening)

·         A professional presentation and manner with a strong customer service ethic

·         Good team attitude, reliable, and willingness to learn.
