Site Supervisor, Foreman, Civil Operator and Truck Driver

Team Civil are expanding and have a great opportunity for Site Supervisors, Foreman and Civil Plant Operators and to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver civil maintenance and capital works efficiently and effectively as part of our dynamic team.

Supervisor / Foreman Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage daily on-site construction activities while leading the site team to ensure operational efficiency, accountability, and a strong safety culture.

·      Complete all required documentation, including safety pre-starts and compliance forms

·      Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance

Qualification and experience requirements:

-              3 year experience in a similar role is essential

Civil Operator Key Responsibility:

• Civil construction trade qualifications or extensive experience in the civil sector

• White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence

• Essential licences: excavator, grader, skid steer, roller, dozer, front-end loader, HR or HC truck licence (favourable).

• Hands-on experience in civil maintenance and civil land development

• Punctual, reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator — able to work autonomously and within a team

• Solid understanding of WHS requirements, including SWMS, JSEAs, hazard identification, and incident reporting

Capabilities:

• Proven experience in civil construction operations

• Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and proactive problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles and procedures

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate positively within a team environment

• Assist with general labouring and site tasks when required.
