Blue Lagoon Float & Spa – North Adelaide

We are seeking a professional, warm and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to join our North Adelaide team.

Our spa is a sanctuary. Every client who walks through our doors is stepping away from the world and you are the first and last impression of that experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, wellness-focused environment and understands that true hospitality is both an art and a discipline.

About the Role

As Front of House, you will:

• Welcome and check-in clients with confidence and grace
• Recommend upgrades for treatment bookings during phone call reservations
• Manage bookings, phone enquiries and emails
• Coordinate float sessions, spa treatments and therapist schedules
• Process payments and manage packages/courses and prepaid promotions
• Maintain presentation of reception and refreshments in lounge areas
• Offer information on retail products and memberships with authenticity
• Support the team to ensure seamless daily operations

Casual hours preferred; availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday weeknights from 5pm until 9pm and all day Saturdays.

You are:

• Naturally warm, polished and well-presented
• Calm under pressure and highly organised
• Confident with booking systems and technology
• Sales-aware, without being pushy
• Passionate about wellness, beauty or spa environments
• Reliable and committed to being part of a team

A minimum of one year's reception or spa experience is preffered.
