Your new role

CMI Toyota Portside has the opportunity for a qualified, experienced, and passionate Automotive Technician to join our team and take responsibility for servicing and repairing our customers’ vehicles. With a keen focus on productivity, safety, and quality, no two days will be the same in your new role as you use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and solve problems in our close-knit workshop with a highly supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

Servicing, repairing and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles
Adhering to manufacturer, internal and customer service standards
Providing the highest level of workmanship, solving challenging problems
Keeping your knowledge up to date with Toyota Training to keep your skills current

About you

To help you succeed in your new role, you’ll have:

Previous knowledge and experience in the automotive industry
A relevant Automotive Trade qualification
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with Toyota experience highly regarded
A high standard of workmanship, attention to detail and dedication to quality
Friendly and positive attitude, a passion for automotive, and a willingness to learn
Possession of a current driver’s license is mandatory
