The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Site Administrators to join our SA operations. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of Australia’s largest underground mining contractor and contribute to high‑performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with coordination, administration, and maintenance of project documentation

  • Accurate daily data entry of timesheets

  • Prepare and maintain flight manifests and bookings for site personnel

  • Perform purchasing administration duties

  • Enter and maintain production data

  • Manage filing and archiving systems

  • Support payroll functions, including running reports and checking for errors or missing data

  • Liaise with HR and Payroll teams

  • Create purchase requisitions and receipt purchase orders

  • General administrative support as required


Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Site Administrator

  • Valid manual Australian Driver’s Licence

  • Intermediate MS Office skills

  • High level of accuracy with data entry and attention to detail

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication

  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions

  • Excellent time‑management and organisational skills

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

  • Proactive, able to work autonomously, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure


Desirable

  • Experience with Pronto

  • Experience with INX
