BROW THREADS & LASHES PTY LTD is a family-owned business, specializing in Brow Threads & Lashes are a full-service beauty salon in Riverlea Park, South Australia 5120, offering wide range of services including brow threading, brow lamination, brow henna, body waxing, lash lift and tint, lash extensions and facials. Our team combines market-leading expertise to enhance natural beauty with a variety of services, from styling to rejuvenating facials.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Beauty Therapists to join our team at three work locations in South Australia.

Task & responsibilities

Conduct detailed client consultations to understand treatment preferences, skin type, and eyebrow shape requirements

Perform brow lamination, lash lift and tint, hydro facial treatments, and full body waxing services

Provide professional advice on eyebrow tinting and henna options based on client suitability

Apply semi permanent eyebrow tint to achieve natural and defined results

Select suitable tint shades based on natural brow colour, skin tone, and desired outcome

Provide aftercare guidance to maintain treatment results and skin health

Apply henna treatments to enhance eyebrow shape, fullness, and colour definition

Ensure safe henna application procedures including allergy awareness and patch testing where required

Provide eyebrow waxing or threading services to achieve desired brow shape prior to tint or henna application

Perform facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application according to skin type

Obtain waxing consent forms and confirm allergy history prior to treatment

Apply facial and hydro facial procedures in accordance with contraindication and sensitive skin protocols

Deliver waxing services ensuring client comfort and skin safety

Maintain eyebrow shape and grooming according to client preference and facial structure

Use professional grade tinting and henna products following manufacturer application guidelines

Provide client education on post treatment care including avoiding harsh products and sun exposure

Maintain strict hygiene standards including sanitising tools and maintaining clean treatment areas

Perform patch testing procedures when required prior to chemical or dye application

Provide a professional client experience to support comfort and treatment satisfaction

Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat appointments and ongoing treatment programs

Qualification & experience

AQF Certificate III, IV or higher relevant education is required.
Applicant must have a minimum of 12 months of full time relevant work experience. Also, Experience beyond 12 months will be highly valued.
Passion for customer care and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the latest beauty treatments and trends and proven experience in facials and waxing services
