This Employment Placement Support Officer role offers meaningful opportunities to support participants on their journey toward employment, strengthen community engagement, and contribute to delivering high‑quality services across the region. Each position focuses on capacity building, community participation, and supporting employment pathways through well‑designed and impactful community projects.
Employment Placement Support Officer – Key Responsibilities
Provide intensive post‑placement support to both employers and participants
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with employers and participants
Provide guidance to Case Managers and operational teams on post‑placement processes, claims, and outcome requirements
Complete accurate and timely data entry and documentation
About you
To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who have:
· Experience in Employment Services industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence using computers and digital systems
A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
A current driver’s licence
Willingness to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays
