The Role

As an Employment Partner, you will support customers to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment through person-centred case management.

You Will: 

  • Coach customers to identify their strengths, goals and career pathways
  • Build strong relationships with customers to support their employment journey
  • Conduct assessments and deliver tailored, flexible case management 
  • Partner with the team to create bespoke job matches through reverse marketing and job carving
  • Advocate for customers' and help them navigate barriers, including referrals to support services
  • Provide practical guidance and support with resumes, job applications, job searching and interview preparation
  • Build genuine relationships with employers and community partners to create employment opportunities 
  • Support pathways such as training, education, volunteering and work experience
  • Maintain accurate, compliant case notes and records

About You

You build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and are passionate about supporting people into employment.

You have: 

  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity
  • A belief in the value of meaningful employment for people with disability
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills
  • A proactive, positive and resilient approach 
  • Ability to work in a KPI driven environment (customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or similar experience highly regarded)
  • Willingness to learn and undertake professional development
  • Current driver’s licence 

Lived experience, relevant qualifications, and a willingness to learn are highly valued and encouraged.
