• Safely operate a forklift (valid FL licence preferred)

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries

• Maintain scheduled delivery times with customers

• Complete dispatch and receival documentation

• Assist the Operations Coordinator with daily reporting and general admin duties

We’re looking for someone reliable, driven, and enthusiastic about the fast-paced world of fresh produce. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Availability to do early mornings starts (12am)

• Current high-risk forklift licence (FL) and car licence (preferred) 

• Understanding of dispatch/receival processes (fresh produce or perishable goods experience is a bonus!)

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role preferred

• Experience with computer systems (Ironbark preferred)
