Multi-site Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Multi-site Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple restaurants and drive operational excellence, people performance, and commercial outcomes across our network.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside a collaborative team of Operations and Restaurant Managers, sharing best practices, supporting one another, and driving consistency across the network. You will coach and develop Zambrero teams across the network, delivering hands-on operational support that builds capability and drives outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·      Coach, support, and develop Zambrero teams across daily operations and compliance

·      Conduct monthly audits and provide clear, constructive performance feedback

·      Drive KPI performance including Labour %, COGS, Profit and Sales

·      Support recruitment, onboarding, and early-stage staff reviews to build strong teams

·      Monitor customer service standards and guide teams through escalated customer feedback

·      Provide after-hours operational support when required

·      Oversee maintenance, safety, and OHS compliance across restaurants

·      Support restaurant openings and lead continuous improvement initiatives

About You

·      Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset

·      Sound understanding of HR, compliance, and operational best practice

·      Financially savvy with experience analysing KPIs and P&L

·      Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

·      Hospitality, QSR, or retail experience highly regarded

·      Experience in restaurant, multi-site or area management
