Store Manager

Due to continued growth of the Noone brand in South Australia, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Store Manager to lead our Cumberland Park store.

Our mission is to provide a warm, professional and seamless experience for students and their families. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, while fostering a positive and welcoming store environment.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and developing your team, and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience for every customer.

Key Requirements:

• Priority will be providing a welcoming and helpful environment for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

• Oversee the day-today operations of the store to ensure efficient performance.

• Facilitate regular customer service training sessions to maintain and elevate service excellence across the team.

• Lead product knowledge briefings to ensure teams maintain consistency and clarity regarding school uniform requirements.

• Provide proactive leadership by mentoring, guiding and supporting team members to achieve their best.

• Oversee employee performance management, including setting expectations, monitoring progress and delivering feedback.

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and staff appearance to reflect our brand excellence.

• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies including Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.

The successful applicant will require:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a retail management role.

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the high standards expected by our group.

• Proven ability to lead, train and mentor staff to high performance standards.

• Experience using computerised retail POS systems (AP21 experience highly regarded).

• Valid Employee Working with Children Check and willingness to complete RRHAN-EC mandatory training.

• Availability to work during peak back-to-school period, from January 15 - February 15 each year.

• Full-time availability, including Saturdays.
