About the Role:
We are seeking proactive and experienced individuals to join our talent pool as Commercial Property Candidates. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the property management team.
• Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate property records, and preparing reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, property inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Handle tenant inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Support the team with general office duties as needed.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in commercial property management or a related field.
• A property manager's license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
