The Opportunity

We're searching for a Procurement Specialists who can own full‑cycle procurement activities, lead category strategies, and drive commercial outcomes that deliver real value. You'll partner with internal stakeholders, engage key suppliers, and influence decisions that shape operational success. If you love strategic sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and delivering measurable results - you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute category strategies that minimise risk and maximise value
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers
  • Manage contracts, performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive cost savings, commercial improvements, and procurement best practice

What Success Looks Like

  • Contracts delivered on time, on budget and to specification
  • Stakeholders receiving goods/services that meet their needs
  • Strong supplier performance and proactive risk management
  • Clear communication, trusted relationships, and commercial excellence
  • A procurement function that operates with discipline, integrity, and innovation

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, law, supply chain, procurement or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain or procurement
  • Proven ability to deliver cost savings and strategic sourcing outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Expertise in category management, contract law, and risk management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Must have Australian Citizenship
