Premium Gardens is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join our growing construction division.

We are looking for a motivated and capable landscaper with proven commercial construction experience who can deliver high-quality work, lead by example, assist in directing crews, and help drive standards across our landscape construction operations.

This is not an entry-level role.

The successful applicant will have strong experience in retaining walls, fencing, drainage, paving, irrigation and landscape construction and be confident working across multiple commercial projects with minimal supervision.

The Role

You will be involved in the delivery of a wide range of landscape construction projects including:

• Retaining walls

• Fencing

• Drainage installations

• Irrigation systems

• Paving and hardscape construction

• Turf installation

• Garden construction and planting

• Site establishment and landscape upgrades

• General commercial landscape construction works

You will work closely with our Landscape Supervisor and Operations Team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to Premium Gardens' quality standards.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

✔ Minimum 5 years landscape construction experience

✔ Minimum 3 years commercial landscape construction experience

✔ Experience constructing retaining walls

✔ Experience installing fencing systems

✔ Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

✔ Strong understanding of commercial site safety requirements

✔ Current Driver's Licence

✔ White Card

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ High attention to detail and workmanship

Highly Regarded

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction

• Irrigation installation and fault-finding experience

• Excavator, skid steer or machinery experience

• MR Licence

• Experience managing and directing small landscape construction teams

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and crews simultaneously

• Ability to organise labour, materials and equipment requirements

• Experience working alongside Project Managers, Builders and Site Supervisors

• Ability to identify site issues and variations before they become project delays

• Strong understanding of commercial landscape construction processes and quality standards
