Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced property manager to join our team and take control of an existing portfolio while working within a team environment.

As the Property Manager of this portfolio, you will manage both the landlord and tenant and their expectations. Admin support within a shared work-flow structure is available to help you with day-to-day tasks.

You will be remunerated with an above award wage, bonuses for new business, a fully maintained company car and mobile phone are included.

What you will need 

Most importantly we are looking for a Property Manager who is a great communicator, enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable and focused on customer service with excellence. Time management is also imperative for you to be successful in this position. 

Attention to detail is a must and you need to have worked as a property manager for a minimum of 2 years to be considered for the position. 

 
The Role

Responsible for but not limited to:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords

• Timely handling of maintenance and repairs

• Leasing & marketing activity

• Open inspections

• Lease renewals & rent reviews

• Routine inspections and reporting 

• Management of rental arrears

• Prepare for and attend Tribunal when required 

• Prepare and lodge insurance claims
  

About You

You will need to take pride in your appearance and your position as a Property Manager with the ability to act professionally and be proactive at all times.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will be well-presented with these key requirements:

• Hold a current SA Property Management license

• Hold a current driver's licence

• Strong understanding of the current SA Legislation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 (SA)

• Familiar with PropertyMe or similar
