Temporary Commercial Property Manager

An exciting short term opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded property development and construction organisation based in Adelaide.

This is a temporary contract role requiring an individual who can quickly integrate into the business and provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of active projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of portfolios and projects.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and cash flow.
• Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Lead contract administration, variations, claims, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to project and operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in a Commercial Property Management role.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and project financial controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex commercial issues.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
