We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a client portfolio with confidence and professionalism. 

 Key Responsibilities:

- Actively manage a portfolio of rental properties.

- Liaise with landlords and tenants in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

- Screen new tenants, including reference checks. 

- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.

- Liaise with contractors to facilitate maintenance requirements. 

- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Property Services.

- Certificate of Registration.

- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
