We’re excited to welcome a Property Manager to our expanding team. Based at our Mitcham office, this role manages a well-located portfolio of approx. 140 properties across Adelaide’s inner southern suburbs.

Key responsibilities include:

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services, including:

• Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants

• Arrears management

• Conducting final & routine inspections, as required

• Attending tribunal hearings when required

• Managing repairs and maintenance

• Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs

• Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• A current property management license (essential)

• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)

• Demonstrable experience in Property Management, managing a portfolio (essential)

• Exceptional customer service experience
