As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational excellence, and asset performance. Your day-to-day will involve building strong tenant and landlord relationships, solving challenges with a proactive mindset, and driving portfolio value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a portfolio of mixed assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers
• Oversee and develop income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits, property inspections, and manage operational issues
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to enhance occupancy and rental yields
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service

What You Bring

• At least 3 years experience managing retail property portfolios
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic, solutions-focused mindset
