About the Role

At Westminster Village, we aim to create a permanent home for our residents. Whether it’s providing a warm meal, facilitating engaging activities, or ensuring their comfort and safety, your care will be central to their well-being and quality of life.

What your day will look like:

  • Deliver responsive personal care tailored to residents’ individual needs and care plans.
  • Collaborate with Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assist residents with mobility, personal needs, and daily tasks.
  • Encourage social engagement through leisure activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure care plans are followed.

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
  • Holds a current NDIS Worker Check (essential).
  • Has experience in providing personal care to residents.
  • Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for aged care.
