We are a market leading mid-tier Real Estate Brand, based in the Adelaide CBD and our team is growing. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the commercial property industry, working alongside and learning from a successful and supportive team.
The role is highly suited to someone looking to get a start in the commercial field ideally with prior office and accounting experience. Experience in Real Estate and Property Management is advantageous, however not essential.
We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, to come join us on a full time basis. Join our team Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm. No weekend work required!
A full time or part-time role will be considered.

Prior experience with numbers and an ability to follow procedures
Computer literate: Word/Excel/Gmail/Google Sheets and able to learn our systems quickly
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and individually to meet tight deadlines
Ideally you hold a valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle
A valid driver's license is preferred but we remain flexible for the right candidate
What the role is:
Reporting to the Principal and Supervisor, this role is varied, with no day ever the same. We have a sizeable portfolio that our staff all manage together, servicing the Landlords, Tenants and associated creditors for each of the properties. Tasks are often shared between this team, with a focus on everyone assisting and supporting each other to get the job done.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
General Administration including answering phones, responding to emails, mailing, scanning, filing, etc.
General admin support to our Sales & Leasing Agents
Coordinating all Property Maintenance with clients and contractors
Management of Key Registers
Invoicing and Payment of Accounts
Effective management of arrears process
Daily Banking, Trust Accounting and Reporting
Outgoings Budgets and Annual Audits
End of Month reporting and rollover procedures.
