About the role:

As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our property management team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a residential property portfolio in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, and ensure works are completed to a high standard.

• Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Monitor rental arrears and undertake arrears management procedures.

• Manage lease expiries and negotiate lease renewals with landlords and tenants

• Attend tribunal hearings and prepare supporting documentation when required.

• Process bond lodgements, bond claims, and tenancy-related administration.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and administration teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Contribute to business growth through landlord retention and referral opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• A current Driver's Licence (essential)

• Registered Property Manager in South Australia (essential)

• 1 years + property management experience is preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills

• A proactive team player with a professional and positive attitude
