Pickers & Pruners Labour Hire requires 2 energetic individuals for casual positions in citrus packing sheds. This role is ideal for those seeking stable, seasonal work in the Riverland Region. What we offer:

• Casual employment, averaging 30 hours/week (120 hours/4 weeks).
• A 5-6 months contract, beginning June 2026.
• Opportunity to gain experience with a major horticultural player.

Key Responsibilities:

• General shed hand assist in identified cleaning duties.
• Stacking.
• Sorting.
• Packing.
• Maintaining a high standard of work accuracy and efficiency.
• Withstand physical and tough work environment
• Observe and follow WH&S policies and procedures

Skills & Experience:

• No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
• Self-motivated and a fast learner.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Hours & Conditions:

• Casual employment (average of 30 hours per week or 120 hours per 4 weeks).
• Standard hours: 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Employment under the Horticulture Award 2020.
