Production Operator - Moulding

Labourforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Operators to join our Plastics moulding team located in North Plympton in a champion role 

Their general duties include –

• Extensive quality checks on each injection moulding machine they are rostered to
• Escalating potential issues to the moulding trouble shooter or team leader
• Sorting and conveying moulded components into storage totes
• Interacting with our automated material movement robots
• Strict adherence to all policies to ensure quality components only are conveyed to our warehouse

The applicant criteria –

• High attention to detail over the full work day
• Can sustain standing or walking over the full work day (not subject to break times)
• Thrives in a team environment
• Can work in medium to high pressure environment
• Is quality focused
• The ability to do reasonable amounts of overtime
