The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to evolve its digital and ICT agenda. Reporting to the Group Director, ICT and Business Services, you will set the vision and direction for enterprise technology at DPC. You will lead the delivery of reliable, secure and contemporary ICT services while driving digital transformation and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI. Working closely with senior executives, you will ensure technology investment supports business priorities and enables high-quality, trusted services.

You are an experienced and credible ICT leader who thrives in complex environments and brings a strong focus on outcomes and impact, including:

• Proven experience leading enterprise ICT strategy and transformation
• Expertise in cyber security, risk and governance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
• Commercial acumen managing budgets, procurement and contracts
• The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear advice

Remuneration is in accordance with the SM2 classification ($153,887) + superannuation. An attraction or retention allowance may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
