The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our Sign, Display & Digital team in Beverley, SA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and working in a fast-paced, creative industry.

In this role, you will focus on expanding our market presence by developing new business while strengthening partnerships with existing customers. You'll work closely with our internal teams to deliver solutions that help our customers succeed and grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive profitable sales growth and achieve agreed targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Sign, Display & Digital market

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions

• Prepare proposals, manage pricing and support negotiations

• Maintain accurate activity and customer insights in CRM systems

• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and EDMs

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities

• Represent Ball & Doggett professionally across the industry

Our Product Range

You'll be working with our extensive range of industry-leading products including:

• Self-adhesive films

• Wide format media

• Inks and consumables

• Rigid boards

• Synthetic films

• Banner materials

You will also collaborate with our equipment team to identify opportunities within wide-format printers and industrial equipment.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for sales.

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales

• Experience within signage, print or wide-format industries (highly desirable)

• A strong understanding of the sales cycle and opportunity development

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence working independently while collaborating with internal teams

• High computer literacy and experience with CRM systems

• Resilience, drive and a positive, solutions-focused mindset

• Knowledge of the print industry and market is advantageous
