Factory Production Worker

We are a family-owned paint and render manufacturing company looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing the job well, and works safely in a manufacturing environment.

· Assist with the manufacture, mixing, packing, and dispatch of paint and render products

· Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished goods

· Load and unload deliveries

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area

· Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures

· Work as part of a small team and support general factory operations as needed

· Work flexible hours to meet production demands

· Current forklift licence is essential

· Basic maths skills for measuring, weighing, and following production requirements

· Physically fit and capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods

· Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

· Valid Australian work authorisation required
