Epiroc is growing its presence and operations at Olympic Dam! Brand new Epiroc Service Centre at Olympic Dam Heavy Industrial Area, we are seeking Product Support Technicians.

Epiroc is a leading productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries. We have ground-breaking technology and develop and produce innovative equipment, consumables and services for surface and underground mining and the extractive industries.

Responsibilities of these roles consists of but are not limited to the below:

  • Comply with all OHS Company processes and procedures.

  • Carry out modifications and installations to new machinery

  • Repair, rebuild and service Epiroc machines

  • Component rebuilds and repairs

  • Fault finding and problem solving

Requirements

  • Epiroc Product knowledge and experience advantageous

  • Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification or similar

  • Strong problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills

  • Commitment to providing quality customer service

  • Ability to handle and work under pressure

  • Good report writing ability

  • Computer literacy
