What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Mushroom team, playing a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and standardised operations across the business. Working closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear, accurate, and practical documentation that underpins our day-to-day activities and long-term performance.
You’ll bring strong written communication skills, a structured and process-driven mindset, and the ability to translate complex operational information into user-friendly materials. With a collaborative and proactive approach, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.
This role is full time based at Monarto, with an initial contract length of 24 months with likelihood of extension/permanency.
