As the Quality Manager, you will play an important role to ensure quality across the business. You will be responsible for conducting and reporting on quality, audits, product inspection and quality supplier performance. You will also assist in the corrective, preventative and continuous improvement activities of any identified non-conformances. 

This position can be based at the following locations: Rose Park SA, Somerton VIC or Erskine Park NSW.


The key objectives of this role are to:

  • Implement, operate, and continuously improve the Quality Management System and lead by example by participating in activities that foster a continuous improving culture
  • Assist the HSEQ Manager to implement quality KPI’s for the business
  • Schedule meetings and preparing of communications relating to quality
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of compliance systems
  • Assist the HSEQ Manager to ensure continuous improvement and quality best-practice is consistently maintained
  • Conduct training to ensure production managers and employees understand quality requirements
  • Maintain the product hold and release system
  • Non-conformance (Quality) reports – monitor site registers and check reports are logged, actioned and updated by the relevant site manager/supervisor. 
  • Report on non-conformance (Quality) as well as quality performance reporting - collect site information for monthly / quarterly reporting.

About you:

  • Degree qualified in a Quality related field or proven experience in the continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems including, ISO 9001
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to interact with employees from a broad range of disciplines
  • Experience and understanding of work management systems, planning processes and work prioritisation
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High level organisational skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to accurately record, manage, and analyse data electronically
