Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales of earthmoving and heavy equipment across assigned territories
  • Build strong sales pipelines through proactive prospecting, site visits, and contractor engagement
  • Grow market share within civil, construction, quarry, and mining sectors
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations, walk-arounds, and capability presentations
  • Develop dealer and distributor relationships where applicable
  • Monitor project activities and identify emerging opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and sales reporting

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capital sales across construction equipment, agriculture, mining, automobile, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of civil, construction, and resources industries
  • Ability to discuss specifications, load charts, attachments, and operational applications with customers
  • Strong territory planning, negotiation, and strategic sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across regions

Skill & Experience

Special Requirements by Location:

  • Agricultural Machinery: Experience with mainstream agricultural machinery manufacturers and dealers such as John Deere, Case, New Holland, AGCO, CLAAS, Kubota, etc. (Required in all locations except New Zealand and Victoria)
  • Concrete Equipment: Concrete pump trucks and mixer truck experience required in Queensland
  • Construction Hoisting Machinery: Required in Melbourne and Adelaide

Preferred experience in the following industries:

  • Agricultural Equipment
  • Crane/Lifting Equipment
  • Concrete Equipment
