Job Overview:

The Software Engineer develops, maintains, tests and improves CDS software and related technical systems. The role covers technical issue resolution, software-hardware integration, R&D contribution, and internal technical support. Strong programming capability, practical problem-solving, documentation discipline and cross-team collaboration are required. The role is permanent full-time, 38 hours per week.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Node-RED and Linux-based development.
Strong AWS and SQL experience.
Solid understanding of software development, testing, debugging and documentation practices.
Familiarity with image processing, data handling and hardware/software integration.
Cybersecurity awareness and commitment to secure development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn complex systems.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly across varying audiences.

Additional Requirements

May require occasional availability outside standard hours for deployments, urgent support or critical incidents.
Must maintain confidentiality of source code, algorithms, customer information and intellectual property.
