If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience - Subject: "Sales Analyst – [Your Name]"</p><p>&nbsp;</p><br><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Competitive salary&nbsp;</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Ethical Luxury Sector</li><li>Advisory Impact</li></ul><br><h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Generates reports, data visualisations, and detailed analyses of customer and commercial data within the lab-grown diamond market to identify organisational trends and provide strategic recommendations to directors.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Designs, verifies, and ensures compliance with information flow procedures between sales and inventory management, recommending enhanced business methods, including automated inventory alerts, to ensure all teams have access to accurate, real-time data.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Oversees the organisation's sales information systems as principal data custodian, designing and enforcing governance procedures for database updates, client record creation, and data access protocols to ensure reliable information across sales and logistics teams.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Translates complex product specifications and bespoke order requirements into standardised organisational workflows and structured data inputs, ensuring the production department receives precise, consistent information records for custom order fulfilment.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Manages the complete information lifecycle of assigned orders, from data capture through stakeholder communication to final archiving, reporting on fulfilment variables and ensuring records comply with organisational retention standards.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Designs and maintains data models to track departmental KPIs, identifying and reporting on performance indicators such as clients acquired, clients lost, and conversion rates, to provide analytical recommendations to directors.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Oversees and manages the CRM system and organisational Knowledge Base as central information repositories, ensuring data integrity and user compliance while keeping directors informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.</li></ul><br><h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Law, or Data Science) is required.</li><li>Business Certificates (e.g., Cert III/IV in Business) are highly desirable.</li><li>Proven experience working within the sales luxury sector.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Information Lifecycle Management and Data Custodianship.</li><li>Bilingual skills are considered a significant advantage.</li></ul>
