We are looking for full-time Nursing Support workers to join our team. <h3>Benefits</h3>The position offered is full time with salary of $77,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation. <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assisting patients with their personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging their independence.</li><li>Aiding patients in activities that involve physical movement, such as walking, transport, exercise, eating etc.</li><li>Helping patients express their needs and understand others.</li><li>Implement clinical and care interventions delegated by the Registered Nurses, and as documented in the patient's care plan.</li><li>Provide regular updates and feedback regarding patients' conditions and their care needs.</li><li>Assist in the administration of basic treatment and delivery of medications</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience</li><li>Minimum certificate III or equivalent of relevant qualification&nbsp;</li><li>Ability and confidence to follow specialized support plans that meet the support requirements of clients</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and passion.</li><li>Professional and enthusiastic attitude&nbsp;</li></ul>
