&nbsp;<ul><li>Assisting civil engineers, construction managers, architects and surveyors with the planning, development and documentation of civil engineering and construction projects.</li><li>Interpreting engineering drawings, plans, specifications, building regulations, relevant Australian Standards and codes of practice to support the preparation and implementation of project documentation.</li><li>Preparing preliminary sketches, detailed working drawings, layouts, plans, sections and technical drawings for civil engineering and construction works.</li><li>Preparing, modifying, updating and revising engineering plans, maps, charts, drawings and related technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and engineering specifications.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation and coordination of work programs, construction documentation and project schedules to support the delivery of civil engineering works.</li><li>Inspecting construction works, site conditions and materials and reporting on compliance with approved drawings, specifications, regulations, Australian Standards and relevant quality requirements.</li><li>Assisting with the calculation of quantities, material requirements, project costs and estimated construction timeframes based on drawings, specifications and site information.</li><li>Collecting, recording and processing site and survey information using surveying instruments, photogrammetric equipment and other technical measurement equipment.</li><li>Performing routine engineering and surveying calculations, checking measurements and levels, and plotting and documenting preliminary survey and site data for use in engineering drawings and project documentation.</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and providing drafting and technical support to engineers and other project personnel throughout the design and construction process.</li><li>These duties are the basic guidelines for the role and actual duties may differ a bit based on business priorities.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;This is a Full-time and permanent job, 38 Hours a week.&nbsp;ABN: 12 635 700 364 <h3>Benefits</h3>Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Draftsperson?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Have you completed a qualification in building design / building design drafting?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of Safety Standards?
